Print sheets
Make a passport photo sheet
Add one photo, choose the passport size and paper, then print or download a sheet of identical copies. The photo is cropped and repeated in your browser.

Add a photo to see how many copies fit on the sheet.
Passport photo sizes
The tool offers 35 x 45 mm, 2 x 2 inch and a custom size in millimetres. A 35 x 45 mm photo at 300 DPI is about 413 x 531 pixels; the sheet is built at that resolution so the printed copy has enough detail.
These are common sizes, not a claim about a particular embassy, exam or portal. Use the exact size named on the form you are completing.
Paper sizes and copies
Choose 4 x 6 inch for a photo-lab print, or A4, Letter or 3R for a home printer. The tool calculates how many identical photos fit after the gap and page margin, and centres partial rows.
Fill the sheet to use every slot, or choose a smaller number. Thin cut lines are optional and are drawn lightly so they can be trimmed away.
Print at 100% scale
In the print dialog choose 100% or actual size, not “fit to page”. The PDF page matches the paper you chose. Print one sheet and measure a photo with a ruler before printing several copies.
Exports are rendered at 300 DPI. If the larger canvas fails on a low-memory phone, the tool falls back to 200 DPI and says so before you download.
What this tool cannot do
- It does not remove or replace the background.
- It does not straighten a tilted photo or edit the face.
- It does not guarantee that a portal or embassy will accept the photo.
- It does not change the original photo file.
- It does not upload the photo anywhere.
How it works
- Step 1
Add a plain-background photo
Use a well-lit photo with the face centred and a plain, light background. The tool does not remove the background.
- Step 2
Choose the photo size
Pick 35 x 45 mm, 2 x 2 inch or a custom size in millimetres. Check the exact rule on your form.
- Step 3
Choose paper and copies
Select 4 x 6, A4, Letter or 3R, set the gap and margin, and fill the sheet or choose a copy count.
- Step 4
Print or download
Print at 100% scale, or download a PDF or PNG. Measure one photo on the first print before making more.
Frequently asked questions
What passport photo sizes does this tool support?
35 x 45 mm, 2 x 2 inch and a custom size in millimetres. These are common sizes, not a claim about a specific portal; read the exact rule on your form.
Which paper sizes can I use?
4 x 6 inch, A4, Letter and 3R. The tool shows how many photos fit and lets you adjust the gap and page margin.
How many copies can I print?
Use Fill the sheet to repeat as many as fit, or choose a smaller number. Copies are centred in rows, and cut lines are optional.
Why does the printed size matter?
Print at 100% scale or actual size. A setting such as “fit to page” changes the photo size on paper. Measure the first print with a ruler before printing a full sheet.
Does the tool remove the background?
No. It crops the photo and repeats it. Use a plain, light background and keep the head centred. The tool does not replace the background or straighten a tilted photo.
Is my photo uploaded?
No. The photo is read, cropped and drawn onto the sheet in your browser. The site loads analytics and ads, but your photo is not sent to a server.
